We are re-inventing your future visits by putting in place a new hospitality approach, new sanitary processes, and new social distancing measures.
We share with you a list of the various measures we’re taking so that you can enjoy a safer experience at Hostal Travelers!
5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
Days before arrival
you will receive an e-mail invitation to complete your online check-in, scan your passport and much more.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL
You will receive an email or WhatsApp with practical information related to your mode of transport (e.g. parking code, nearest public transport)
SIMPLIFIED CHECK-IN
Our team will have carefully prepared for your arrival and your room key will be ready!
FAST CHECK-OUT
Return your key without having to wait: Your check-out is complete.
Your invoice will be sent by e-mail after departure.
COMMUNAL KITCHEN IS CLOSED BUT WILL KEEP SERVING BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINER
As one of the COVID-19 measures our communal kitchen is closed
You'll still enjoy our delicious homemade food anytime.
Food and drink will be served in location where distanced eating is an option.
Whether it’s a food box, room service or eating at the terrace where all our tables has 2 Mts distance between them.


COMMUNAL AREAS
We’ve increased our cleaning protocol to 3 times a day across all communal areas.
Multiple sanitization stations are available in all common areas.
Cleaning materials will be available at all coworking spaces for sanitization before and after use.
We’ve increased the spacing between hot desks and workstations at all of our cowork spaces to comply with recommended distancing of 6 feet (2 meters).
All of our staff will wear protective masks and gloves at all times.
All equipment (including housekeeping and maintenance materials) will be cleaned before and after each shift.
We are completely prepared to adapt our protocols accordingly.
Our 6-bed community room now sleep 3 people.
SAFETY & SANITATION PROTOCOLS
To offer you a 100% safe stay, we have changed all of our sanitary and hygiene processes with new bio-cleaning protocols including the use of dry steam cleaners which eliminate 99.9% of bacteria.
Our trained teams now operate in accordance with all COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols. No matter the query, we’re fully prepared to assist with any issue regarding health, safety, and hygiene.
Housekeeping will wear full protective clothing at all times.
We’re sanitizing all communal spaces, working areass according to human interface cleaning protocols.
We’ve limited the occupancy at all of our locations to allow proper social distancing.


SELF-SERVICE CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
At your arrival, you will be able to enjoy a self-service check-in.
If you don't have your own protective equipment, we sell masks for just $1.00 at the reception.
A fast check of your identity document (without contact) will be enough to give you access to your room and your magnetic room key, previously disinfected and slipped into its small protective pouch.
To simplify your check-out, you can put your room key directly in the keybox at the reception. Automatic debiting of the registered payment method and administrative formalities information provided by you online allow you to leave our hotel without any additional contact.
